Terms & Conditions of Promotion

  1. 1. This promotion is open to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands residents only.
  2. 2. Entry into the Competition is restricted via Internet entry only. Entrants must submit their email address via the form on the creativejuices.org.uk website
  3. The winners will be chosen at random from all email addresses submitted. The draw will take place on 18/12/2008
  4. No responsibility will be accepted for technical issues resulting in entries not being received.
  5. A list of winners will be displayed on CreativeJuices.org.uk The winners full name will not be disclosed without prior consent.
  6. This promotion is limited to one email address per person. In the event of the same address being submitted multiple times, the address will be entered ONCE into the prize draw.
  7. The winner will be informed by email within 7 days and prizes dispatched within 28 days of the draw.
  8. The prize is not transferable and no cash or credit alternative is available.
  9. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. No person who is under 18, or who is an employee of the South West Regional Development Agency (‘the Promoter’), or who is in the immediate family of any such employee, or who is otherwise directly connected with the promotion, is eligible to enter the draw.
  11. By entering the free prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

  13. Your personal details are required to operate the Competition and to notify you if you win the Competition. Where South West RDA want to use your personal details for other purposes (such as marketing) they will offer you the opportunity to agree or to refuse this.
